The board members of the MME Council are saddened to hear of the passing of Ronald Vellem; a dear friend, colleague, advocate, community activist and a highly respected individual.
We send our heartfelt condolences to his wife and children and to the extended Vellem family during this very trying time.
Ronald made a positive contribution to Northern Ireland society and to the lives of so many people especially within the Migrant and Minority Ethnic sector.
His absence will be deeply felt but the love he shared and the memories we hold dear to our hearts will, always, be fondly remembered.
